3 week Paleo Challenge – You in?

Who’s up for a challenge?

I love a good challenge and am in need of a reboot on my Paleo eating habits.  I do pretty good at sticking to the basics but lately have been enjoying a few too many naturally sweetened treats, dairy splurges and alcoholic beverages.  As a result I’ve been feeling a bit off lately.  A little more sluggish, a little more brain fog, and occasional upset stomach along with some digestive distress.  The Hubby has been feeling  it too and we talked about doing a round of the Whole 30 but decided it was going to be a little tough with all the traveling and events we have coming up.  So instead we’ll be doing a 3 week Paleo re-boot to get back on track.  After talking to a few friends and readers it seems some of you may be interested in participating as well.  So I’m thinking about putting together a fun challenge that anyone can participate in and am hoping to get some great sponsors and prizes for you all!

Here’s the gist of it;

Paleo Challenge Rules – 

  • No Gluten
  • No Dairy
  • No Sugar (Some natural sweeteners allowed)
  • No Processed foods (with a few exceptions)
  • No Legumes
  • No Soy
  • Limit Alcohol
  • Limit Paleo Treats

I will post a Google spreadsheet on my blog and Facebook page for you to check off daily if you met the challenge.  At the end of the three weeks those with the most days completed will win a prize!

I’ll be posting meal plans and recipes each week to assist you with keeping on track.  June 30th will kick off the start date and will end July 21st.  Don’t be hesitant about joining because it’s running through Fourth of July!  I’ll be sharing some yummy festive recipes and tips to staying on track Image may be NSFW.

BUT before I get started on meal planning and posting recipes I’d love to hear if you would be interested in participating.  If so just comment down below.  If enough people seem up for the challenge I’ll get the spreadsheet ready and begin organizing and planning meals for you all!  Trust me it will be fun!!!  Plus, maybe you’ll win!
